CHICOPEE – Alfie Bruce DuBois, beloved infant son of Jeffrey R. and Chassidy M. (Kadel) DuBois of Chicopee, was Called Home to the Eternal City of Heaven to be one of God’s Little Angels on Friday, December 5, 2014. Alfie passed into Eternal Life from Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by the care and comfort of his loving family and his wonderful caregivers. Besides his parents, he leaves his loving brother and sister, Jeffrey R. DuBois, Jr. and Molly D. A. DuBois; his paternal grandparents, Joseph W. DuBois, Jr. and Dolores M. (Beaulieu) DuBois of Chicopee; his maternal grandmother, Laura A. Noyes of Granby; his paternal great-grandfathers, Joseph W. DuBois, Sr. of Holyoke and Robert L. Beaulieu of Chicopee; his maternal great-grandmothers, Rose J. Kadel of Chicopee and Marion Goldrup of Westfield: his paternal uncle, Joseph W. DuBois, III and his wife, Jessica, of Belchertown; his maternal uncle, Duane C. Noyes of Chicopee; his maternal aunts, Maranda L. Noyes and Shannon Noyes, both of Granby. Alfie was predeceased by his paternal great-grandmother, Doris M. (Davignon) Beaulieu and Anne (McNulty) DuBois; and his maternal great-grandfathers, Carl Kadel and Wendell Noyes. His relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Sainte Rose de Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. His burial will follow the Mass at Sainte Rose Cemetery, 49 Olsen Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Visiting hours will be private for the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
