Mrs. Johnson died Saturday morning at the Brockton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born Somerville daughter of the late John S. and Eleanor (Carney) Drennan and has been a resident of Brockton for the past 22 years.
She was a graduate of Newton High School and had attended Massasoit Community CollegeUntil illness forced her to retire, she was a nurse’s aide for many years in local nursing homes.
Her hobbies included crocheting and playing bingo.She was a communicant of St. Margaret Church.In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, three sons and five grandchildren
