Yvette P. Frappier 97, of Clinton St., died Sunday in Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Rene Frappier. Yvette was born in Woonsocket the daughter of the late Arthur and Rose Anna (Beauregard) Lachapelle. She was a stitcher for the former Woonsocket Dress Co. Yvette was also active in her community serving as a member of the Kennedy Manor Assoc., The ARC of Northern RI, and the Woonsocket Emblem Club, where she served as its chaplain, and was a member of the Emblem Club First Guard.
She is survived by two daughters; Lorette Frappier and Pauline Clancy both of Woonsocket. She was also the sister of the late Emile, Walter, Edgar, and Euclide Lachapelle.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:30AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd, Woonsocket.
Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours will be Thursday 5-8PM. In lieu of flowers donations to the John E.
