O’Day Kelly Francis, 51, of Plymouth, passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston on November 28. Wife of William O’Day of Plymouth Mother of Preston Armstrong. She also leaves her mother Eileen Donahue of Plymouth, sister of James Donahue of Plymouth, Fred Sliney of NY and the late Jack Donahue. Daughter of the late John Donahue Sr. Also survived by a loving niece, nephews, a great niece and many uncles and aunts.
Kelly was born in Dover, DE and came to Plymouth at age 6 she attended Plymouth Schools and the Baron Hairdressing School in Brockton. Kelly worked in the Bakery at Stop & Shop in Manomet for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and baking, as well as being member of the VFW Post 1822 Auxiliary for thirty five years. Kelly was also very dedicated to fundraisers and special charity events for her close friends or people she had never met. Visiting Hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home 619 State Road (Rte. 3A) Plymouth (Manomet) on Friday December 5 from 9:00 to 12 Noon with a prayer service at Noon. Burial will be at St Joseph’s cemetery In Plymouth. In lieu of flowers donations in Kelly’s Memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 20 Walnut St. Suite 318, Wellesley, MA 02481
