Zayvarie Lobo Fortes (16 Months) infant daughter of Valter Fortes and Madalena Lobo died November 29th in the Children's Hospital, Boston.
She was born July 22, 2013 in Brockton. In addition to her loving parents she is survived by her grandparents Maria Nunes of Brockton and Cecilio Fortes of Pawtucket RI, also Maria Lobo of Brockton widow of the late Zefe Lobo, 1 sister Jaliayah Lobo, 2 brothers Treyvon and Tyler Fortes, many many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Friday December 5th at 9 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation Thursday December 4th from 5-9 pm.
The family will be accepting donations in Zayvarie's name in care of Maria Vieira (508-933-4057).
