Dianne Elizabeth Kissane

Dianne Elizabeth (Engle) Kissane 57, of Alexandria, passed away at home on November 26, 2014.
Dianne was born on December 20, 1956 in Muncie, the daughter of Joseph and Marion (Thomas) Engle. She was a graduate of Daleville High School in 1974 and then graduated from nursing school becoming an LPN. She worked for Community Hospital for 9 years and St. John's Hospital for 25 years as a devoted, compassionate nurse who was loved by her co workers dearly. She attended East Side Church of God.
Her family was her greatest joy and includes her husband, George and son, Derek both of Alexandria, her daughter and son in law, Megan and Colby Dischinger of Overland Park, Kansas, two grandchildren, Owen and Brooks Dischinger, a brother, Bruce Engle of San Francisco, CA, a sister, Teresa Koontz (husband Chuck) of Muncie, and closest friend, Karen Harrison of Anderson. She had several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, to all of whom she was beloved "Aunt Dianne".
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 10 AM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service officiated by Mary Ann Randolph. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1st from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
