William P. Morton, 62, passed away Friday, at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Bill retired this year from the from the US Postal Service after working at Logan International Airport, Chelsea and the Waltham Mail Center for many years.
Bill was a Medford resident for over thirty four years, a Veteran of the Viet Nam War and enjoyed his two loving granddaughters Brianna and Courtney.
Surviving in in addition to his wife Frances “Chickie”, are his daughter Michelle Hardy and her husband Francis J. And his son William P. Jr. all of Medford
The funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford on Wednesday, April 3, at 8 a.m followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. James Church779 Fellsway Medford at 9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting Hours at the funeral home on Tuesday 4 thru 8.
