Margaret R. (Miceli) Peters of Methuen died Thursday, November 20 in the Nevins Nursing & Rehabilation Center, Methuen. Raised and educated in Boston's West End, she was the daughter of the late Vitale and Rosalie (Gattuso) Miceli. Margaret was a longtime Medford resident.
She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas T. Peters Sr. She was the devoted mother of Nicholas T. Peters Jr. and his wife Dinyce of Lynnfield, Deborah Deschene and her husband Stephen of Chelmsford. Margaret was the loving grandmother of Ashleigh Peters of Wakefield, Kenneth Quinn and his wife Jennifer of Methuen, Nicholas Quinn of Lowell, Natalie Quinn of Methuen, and the late Alexander Peters. She was the loving great grandmother of Brady and Anthony Quinn.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, November 24 at 9AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday from 4 through 8PM. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
