Obituary

GLOUCESTER: Bruce R. Ledoux, 70, died Sunday, November 16, 2014 in the Golden Living Center, Gloucester following an extended illness.
Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on November 20, 1943, he was the son of the late Napoleon E. Ledoux and Julia R. (Ambrose) Flaherty. He had resided in Provincetown and Revere for many years before moving to Gloucester ten years ago.
Bruce was employed as a general contractor and painter in Provincetown and Boston for many years. He was also an avid amateur artist and loved to read and listen to music.
He is survived by his four sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Ralph Minichiello, Ann and Robert Sepcilka, Christina and Peter Lofgren and Patricia and Howard Tabolsky. He was also predeceased by his step-father, Thomas Flaherty.
His funeral service will be privately held at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. Expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, NY 10163-4777.
