Richard Paul Regan, age 82, of Winchester, formerly of Belmont, passed away November 16, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Ellin (Carney) Regan, and the loving father of Sarah Regan and husband James Mackey of Medford, Richard Regan and wife Kristina of Walpole. Mr. Regan was also the dear brother of Robert Regan, S.J. of Portland, ME, Francis Regan and wife Nancy of Wakefield and the late Paul Regan, and the devoted grandfather to Colin, Sean and Sawyer Regan. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at Costello Funeral Home, 177Washington St., Winchester, on Thursday, November 20th @ 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 12:00 PM.
