Richard D. Gallien, 71, of Goffstown, NH, died Friday November 14, 2014, in his home. He was born in Derry, NH on July 20, 1943, a son of the late Albert and Agnes (Meeham) Gallien. A 19 year resident of Goffstown, he formerly lived in Manchester, NH and Derry, where he grew up at Gallien’s Beach on Beaver Lake. Richard was a former employee of Klev-Bro Shoe in Derry for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Gallien; his daughter, Tammy Gallien of Michigan; three sons, Richard Gallien of Manchester, Dennis Gallien and his wife Paula, and Shawn Gallien and his wife Cindy all of Nashua; four grandchildren, Paul Jutras, Nicole Gallien, Olivia Gallien, and Kyle Gallien; one great granddaughter, McKenzie Jutras; as well as five siblings, Tyke Floyd, Teda Tingley, Albert "Babe" Gallien, Michelle Fernandez, and Marlene Gallien.
Following cremation calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 18th from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
