Joseph S. “Sal” Tusa, a long-time Medford resident, died Saturday, in Texas. He was 37.
Born and raised in Medford, Sal graduated Medford High School with the class of 1985.
For the past two years, Sal lived in the Houston area where he worked as a chef in a local country club.
He was the cherished son of Joseph Tusa and the late Phyllis (Rando) Tusa. He was a devoted brother to Maria Tusa-Higgins of Texas. He was a beloved uncle to Joshua, Ariana, Camilla.
Friends and family may call Friday from 6 - 9 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford, Saturday at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
