Sally Woodward Quinn, 73, of Middletown, RI, died at home on November 10, 2014 with her loving husband of 51 years Robert O. Quinn by her side.
Sally was born in Cornwall, NY to Elbirt A. and Anne B. Woodward, grew up in Watch Hill, RI where she attended Westerly High school, and graduated from Marjory Webster College in Washington DC.
Sally loved people, especially her children, grandchildren and their friends who affectionately called her Mimi. She strived to live life to the fullest guided by her two favorite quotations: “Flowers are for the living” and “Take delight in the simple things”. She will be missed by all that knew her.
In addition to her husband, Sally is survived by her daughter, Kelly Healy of Wilton, CT, and son, Mark Woodward Quinn of Little Silver, NJ, four grandchildren, and sisters, Katherine McAndrew of Centerbrook, CT and Nancy Gingerella of Hopkinton, RI. She was predeceased by her brother, William Woodward.
A private ceremony will be held for family members.
