Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Dora Elizabeth Davis Wisham, 90, of Ashburn, GA will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Wisham passed away Sunday in Leesburg, GA following an extended illness.
The daughter of the late John Dan and Letcher Cooper Davis, she was born in Turner County, GA and was the widow of Charles Daniel “Hamp” Wisham. She was a faithful member of The Ashburn First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son in law, Richard L. Snyder and her sisters, Mary John D. McCorvey and Evelyn D. Humphries.
Survivors include her daughter, Lindora W. Snyder of Montgomery, AL and her sister, Doris D. Lewis of Leesburg, GA. She was also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
