Beverly M. Rigney, 79, of Bedford, NH, died Monday November 3, 2014 in the Ridgewood Center in Bedford. She was born in Melrose, MA on March 13, 1935, a daughter of the late David and Edith (Ewing) Borland. She had been a resident of Bedford for the past year, formerly living in Hollis, NH.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Johnston of Hollis, NH, and Donna Muise of Wilmington, MA; one son, Glen Rigney of Salem, MA; four grandchildren; one sister, June Johnson of Stoneham, MA; two brothers, Robert Borland of Billerica, MA, and David Borland of Salisbury, MA; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Rigney in 2005.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Saturday, November 8th from 2 – 3pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A memorial service followed at 3:00pm in the funeral home.
