Virgil Rendel, of Sharon and Milford died peacefully in his home October, 30 2014 after a long illness. He was 73 years old.
Born in Michigan he proudly served in the U.S. Navy where he was stationed in Newport and Philadelphia. He spent most of his life living in Sharon until moving to Milford several years ago. Virgil was a retired machinist who worked for Butler Automatic and C&G manufacturing in Canton. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed Nascar racing and spending time with his family.
Devoted husband of Cheryl K. Rendel (May). Loving father of Vicky S. Rendel of Milford and Christopher A. Rendel and his wife Jennifer of Foxboro. Proud grandfather of Ashley Rendel of Foxboro. Brother of Marian Miller, DeWayne Rendel, Curtis Rendel, and the late Gladys Cole, Deloris Fritz, Norma Sellers , Ronald Rendel and Lester Rendel.
A service celebrating Virgil’s life will be held Saturday November 8, 2014 at 10 AM in the Roache-Pushard Family funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton, MA. Internment Knollwood Memorial Park.
