Obituary

Bobby Garland Hansford, age 81, entered into rest on October 27, 2014 at Prosser Memorial Prosser. He was born on August 1, 1933 in Neosho, Missouri to John O. and Sadie May (Triplet) Hansford. He was raised and educated in Prosser and Sunnyside. On March 14, 1951 Bobby and Georgia Yahne were married in Grandview.

Bobby worked for Twin City Foods for fifteen years. He also raised hay and cattle and was a retired truck driver. Bobby was a member of the Northern Cherokee Nation Tribe of Missouri.
Bob’s hobbies included hunting, playing guitar, playing in the band “Country Cousins” and being a snow bird.

Bobby is survived by his wife Georgia; his sons, Randall Hansford, Ronald Hansford and wife, Nancy and Ricky Hansford and wife, Elizabeth, all of Prosser; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; his sister, Hazel Snethen of Troutdale, Oregon; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; and two sisters.

At his request, there will be no public services.
