Jane R. Yourich, 94 of Wellesley, MA, formerly of Potomac, MD and Harrisburg, PA passed away on October 24th, 2014. She was the beloved wife for 64 years of the late Walter J. Yourich. Jane was born in Dunbar, PA on June 23rd, 1920, the year that women got the right to vote, to the late Alfredo and Amelia Rossi, Italian immigrants.
Jane held many jobs over her long life, working as a government aide, a Welcome Wagon Hostess and a realtor. She loved politics and hoped to see Hillary Clinton become president. She is the devoted mother of Kathy Y. Egan and her husband Timothy of Wellesley, MA. She was the loving grandmum of Brian, Caroline and Jacqueline Egan. Her sisters Viola, Edith, Evie, and Catherine along with her brothers Dominic and Edmund all predeceased her. She loved entertaining her grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Church, 502 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA on Saturday, November 8th at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
