Joseph J. Zabawa
of Dracut
DRACUT: Joseph J. Zabawa, age 32, a resident of Dracut for the past 7 years, formerly of Merritt Island, FL, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Lowell on Monday, October 20, 2014.
Born in Lowell on September 27, 1982, he was the beloved son of Dianna Zabawa of Tewksbury and the late John Smith.
Joe was raised in Lowell and Florida. He attended Merritt Island, Florida schools and Merritt Island High School.
He worked for several years as a construction worker and electrician.
Joe will always be remembered for his skill as a tattoo artist, his love for music and his devotion to his two year old daughter, Juliet.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his much loved daughter, Juliet Zabawa of Dracut; his fiancé Amelia Tuttle of Dracut; one brother, Jason Zabawa and his wife Shelly, and their daughter Charlotte of Ione, CA; one sister, Robin Marion and her husband Bob and their children, Brandon, Kayla and Samantha , with whom he was very close of Dracut; his step-father, Gary Ayotte of Cocoa, FL; his maternal grandparents, Michael & Nancy Zabawa of Tewksbury; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends will be received on Monday, Oct. 27, from 6-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home. At the request of the family there are no funeral services. Kindly Omit Flowers.
