Preceded in death by parents Joseph & Adeline Eckel; sisters Dorothy Huber, Adelaide Junek & brother Joseph Eckel. Beloved aunt of Patricia Luger (Bernie), Sandra Olsen (Bruce), Gregory Junek (Jackie), Barbara Guida, Kathleen Booth (Charlie) & Joseph Eckel (Paula). Also survived by many relatives and friend of 80 years, Helen Schaller. She was also a Great Aunt and Great Great Aunt. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday (October 22, 2014) at 11:00 am at TRANSFIGURATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6133 15th Street, Oakdale with visitation one hour before the Mass. Interment Calvary Cemetery, St. Paul. Special thanks to Dr. Alec Dunkel, and the staff at HealthEast Hospice; Good Samaritan TCU & North Wing for their kindness and caring.
