MANCHESTER---Richard Huard, 63, died on Oct 16, 2014, at the Catholic Medical Center following a four year battle with cancer.
He was born in Manchester on Oct 11, 1951 to Louis and Lillian (Groleau) Huard. He graduated from Sacred Heart parochial school as well as West High school.
At the time of Mr. Huard’s retirement due to disability he was employed by Wilsonart International for 13 years as a Supply Driver within NH. His hobbies were hunting and cooking.
He is survived by a son Joseph Huard and grandson Joseph Huard Jr. of Manchester; a daughter Jennifer Landry of Nashua; six sisters, Priscilla Huppe and husband George of Manchester, Pauline Bishop and husband Frederick of Hooksett, Lucille Wood of Manchester, Carol Lacerte and husband Lionel of Bedford, Catherine Poirier and husband Dennis of Manchester, Jacqueline Demers and husband Robert of Londonderry, four brothers Alfred Huard and wife Lauri of Canton GA, Donald Huard and wife Judith of Manchester, his twin, Roger Huard and wife Judith of Hooksett and Denis Huard and wife Linda of Manchester. In addition to many nieces and nephews, Mr. Huard wishes to express a special note of thanks to his niece Sarah Kazanowski RN of Manchester for all of her support.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Sacred Heart Church, 223 South Main St Manchester NH.
