WHITTEMORE, Nancy L. (Shanahan) Of Wellesley, October 10th. Beloved wife of Nathaniel B. Whittemore for 43 years. Loving mother of F. Scott Whittemore and his wife Lorraine of Wellesley. Grandmother of Nathaniel F. Whittemore. Sister of Phyllis Elmore of Marlborough. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and her beloved german shepherds. Nancy was a longtime administrative assistant at WBZ Radio, avid golfer and member of the Nehoiden Golf Club of Wellesley.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rte. 16), WELLESLEY, Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. with a service starting at 7. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Nancy's memory to the charity of your choice.
