Ginger L. (Tomlinson) Rodgers, 54, of Anderson went to be with the Lord.
Ginger was a true flower child that did not know a stranger and touched everyone with her beautiful smile. She enjoyed life's journey and helping others.
She loved her son beyond words and her grandchildren and family who will miss her dearly.
She was born November 5, 1959 in Elwood.
She is survived by her mother, Wilma (Larkin) Tucker; her son, Jeffrey Tomlinson; Shad Painter her stepson; four brothers, Rick (Dee) Tomlinson; William (Denise) Tomlinson; Jim (Fran) Tomlinson; Howard Tomlinson; special friends, Penny Jo Bair; Bartle; Carrie Gibson; Christina Mousa; Michael Mousa; Pat Dollar and Larry Hendrix; four grandchildren, Kirsten Flatt; Josie Bartle; Gunner Bartle and Mason Bilbrey; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death her father, Donald Lee Tomlinson; her brother, Jack; her stepfather, Roscoe Tucker; her nephew, Jacob Tomlinson; her friend, Gary Painter, and many other special friends.
Service will be 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
