FALL RIVER… Amelia J. (Wasik) Kostek, 89, of Fall River passed away October 4th at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation – Highlander.
She was wife of the late Frank Kostek.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Mary (Malicka) Wasik and had lived most of her life in Fall River.
Mrs. Kostek was an active in several church groups at St. Thomas More Parish in Somerset and was past president of one.
Amelia leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Joanna Burns, Anne Wasik and Peter Wasik.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Parish, 386 Luther Ave, Somerset, MA followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Arrangements are entrusted to Boyko Memorial Funeral Home, Fall River.
