Joyce F. Lippincott, 88, of Mystic died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Academy Point, her home. She was born on May 5, 1926 in Providence RI, the daughter of Raymond and Bessie (Richmond) Fox.
Her beloved husband of 67 years, Lincoln “Linc” Lippincott, predeceased her in 2012.
She was an avid bridge player with the Windy Hill Bridge and Duplicate Bridge Clubs. She was a member of the Elmridge Golf Club, the Ram Island Yacht Club and the Mystic Garden Club. She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, the Cat Boat Association and many other local organizations.
She is survived by two children; her daughter and caregiver, Leanne Ouimette and her husband, Edward R. Ouimette Jr. of New Hampshire and her son Lincoln and his wife, Melody, of Colorado, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 11:00am in Noank Valley Cemetery.
