George B. Witkowski age 70 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at his home in Salem.
He was born in Methuen, MA, the son of the late Mary (Hogan) and Frank J. Witkowski. He grew up and was educated in Lawrence, MA, where he graduated from Central Catholic High School. He was a resident of Salem for the past 18 years, formerly of Haverhill, MA.
George was a retired supervisor for Gillette in Andover, MA, where he worked for 27 years. He was a US Navy and Coast Guard veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Pelham Rod & Gun Club in Pelham, NH. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gun collector, most of all George loved being with his family and spending time with them.

Great Grandchildren: Logan and Liam
Calling hours will be Wednesday, Oct. 8th from 4-8 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. Funeral services will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 9th at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
