Doris A. Winchebaugh (Knight) age 86 of Stoughton passed away at the Brockton Hospital October 5th. Doris was born and raised in Rumford Point, Maine and previously lived in Hyde Park before moving to Stoughton 17 years ago. She worked as an Office Clerk for Downe’s Lumber in Boston and as a Book Keeper for Kelly Waters Jewelry Co. in Boston for 16 years before retiring. Doris loved cats, was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting, painting, and watching quiz shows, especially Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Beloved wife of Roy A. Sister-in-law of Shirley Raymond of Venice, Florida. Aunt of James Knight, Nancy Godsil, Jeffrey Knight, Cathryn Grande, Marsha Bannon, Thomas Knight, Helen Raymond and David Raymond. She was predeceased by 5 brothers. Relatives and friends invited to attend a memorial service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Saturday afternoon at 1 pm.
