James William “Billy” Jinright, 55, of Ocilla, died Monday, October 6, 2014 at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald,
Graveside services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at Blockhouse Cemetery, Jacksonville, Georgia, with the Rev. Royce Hulett officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Jinright was born March 3, 1959, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Grady Clarence & Jewette Bohannon Jinright. He was a graduate of Irwin County High School. He worked for 30 years with Union Camp & International Paper as a machine operator. Mr. Jinright was an avid outdoorsman who loved being at the river. He was very dearly loved by his friends and his family and was a loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Jinright is survived by his brother: Ted & Gail Jinright of Fitzgerald; two sisters: Patsy & Wayne Gladden and Connie & Ray Mixon, all of Fitzgerald; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
