Waugh, David Michael, 68, of Louisville passed away Friday, October 3, 2014.
David was a Male High School Alumni class of 1964 and is sales development manager for Federal Mogul.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Carolyn Sue (Bailes) Waugh; two daughters, Tracy Waugh & Kimberly Hobson (Eddie); a brother, Phil Waugh (Brenda); three grandchildren, Cameron, Ethan & Peyton.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday.
