Mary (Mucciarone) Gregoire, 84, of Franklin, died September 28 in the Medway Country Manor. She was the wife of the late Gerard H. Gregoire who died in 1969.
Born in Franklin, May 28, 1930, the daughter of the late Clorindo “Nicholas” and Louise (Bertone) Mucciarone, Mrs. Gregoire was a lifelong Franklin resident.
Mrs. Gregoire had worked at the Wrentham Developmental Center for 35 years, retiring as head medical librarian.
Mary loved going to Foxwoods and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons Arthur Gregoire and his wife Angie of Milford and Philip Gregoire of Milford.
He is also survived by her sister Helen Morrissey of Franklin.
She was the sister of the late Anthony “Skinny” Mucciarone, Joseph Mucciarone and Edith Morrissey.
She is also survived by her sister-in-laws Jean Mucciarone of Wrentham and Mary Gregoire of Bellingham.
Mary is also survived by her grandchildren, Anthony, Adam, Ashely and Alex and her great-grandson Nicholas David.
She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, October 2 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 10:00.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
