Kenneth R. Anderson 80, of Auburn died Tuesday, Nov. 30, at home.
His wife, Helen L. (Bergdahl) Anderson died in 1998. He leaves two sons, Dr. Kenneth C. Anderson of Wellesley and Paul R. Anderson of Auburn; two daughters, Carol L. Anderson Martin of Andover and Joan E. Sjogren of Shrewsbury and ten grandchildren. He was born in Worcester, son of John and Elizabeth (Parslow) Anderson and graduated from Commerce High School.
He was an Army Air Corps Veteran of WWII.
Kenneth was an engineer for Heald Machine-Cincinnati Milacron Company for 43 years, retiring several years ago. He was a member the Greendale Retired Men’s Club and the Odd Fellows Lodge in Worcester and a life long member of the Quinsigamond United Methodist Church.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. in Quinsigamond United Methodist Church, 9 Stebbins St. Worcester. Burial will be private in All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester. In lieu of flowers memorial donations, may be made to, Quinsigamond United Methodist Church, 9 Stebbins St., Worcester, 01607.
