Frank Aloisi of Medford died Friday, September 26th in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Medford. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Agrippino and Antoinetta (Speranza) Aloisi. Frank proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. After retiring from A&P food stores he worked as a courier for Century Bank.
Frank was the beloved husband of the late Rose (Falzone) Aloisi, and the devoted father of Joanne Donaldson and her husband Woody of Florida, Rosanne DeFreitas and her husband Alan of Reading. He was the loving grandfather of John Donaldson and his wife Teresa, and Margaret Donaldson, all of Florida, Erica Lennon and her husband Geoff of Medford, and the loving great-grandfather of John Douglas Donaldson and Julia Kathleen Donaldson. Frank was the brother of James Aloisi of East Boston, and the late Mario, Sam, Rosina, Josephine Aloisi, and Mary Lampasona. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Wednesday, October 1st at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday, September 30th from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
