Obituary

Vivian R. (Bulcao) McGee, 93, of Dartmouth died Wednesday December 1, 2004 at Sacred Heart Home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Roland P. McGee.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Henry and Rosealba (Therrien) Bulcao, she lived in New Bedford and Dartmouth for most of her life.

She was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport, where she was a member of the Women's Guild.

Mrs. McGee and her late husband were the proprietors of McGee's Photo Shops in New Bedford, Taunton, and Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 45 years until their retirement.

Survivors include a daughter, Vivian J. Flynn and her husband Francis X. Flynn, of Dartmouth; five grandchildren, Judith Splaine and her husband James of Medway, Lori Ferrante and her husband Joseph of Wellesley, Dr. Kevin Flynn of Florida, Nancy Pressly and her husband William of Myersville, Maryland; and David Flynn and his wife Kristen of Acushnet; and six great-grandchildren, Kevin Splaine, Cosimo Ferrante, James Pressly, Andrew Pressly, John Pressly, and Kathryn Pressly.


She was the sister of the late Wilbur Bulcao.

Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford Saturday December 4, 2004 at 9 AM. Funeral Mass at St. George Church, Westport at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Friday December 3, 2004 from 4-8 PM. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Flowers are acceptable or remembrances may be made to Sacred Heart Home, 359 Summer St., New Bedford, MA 02740.
