Lois M. Fagan age 75, of Brockton, died Friday Sept. 26, 2014 at Baypointe Rehab & Skilled Nursing Care Center. Lois was born and raised in Brockton a daughter of the late William and Adelaide (Jesulaitis) Fagan and was a lifelong resident of the city.
A graduate of Brockton High School, Lois attended Emerson College in Boston and received her associate degree in nursing from Massasoit Community College. She worked as a registered nurse for many years at Boston Medical Center and retired as a supervisor. Lois loved the arts and participated in a number of local community theatre productions and was a member of the Jubilate Chorale. She also enjoyed reading and travel. She will be remembered as a social butterfly but most importantly enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Rachael.
Lois is survived by her son David Fagan and his wife Donna of Taunton and her granddaughter Rachael McRae of Brockton. She was the sister of the late Judith (Fagan) Corliss, late William Fagan and late Barry Fagan and sister-in-law of Frank Corliss of Cataumet.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton on Monday 5-8 pm. Funeral Service in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10 am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery.
