Carmen D. (Gosselin) Fontaine, 67, of Goffstown, died September 26, 2014 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Thetford Mines, Quebec, Canada on January 30, 1947 to Cyrille and Anita (Gauthier) Gosselin. She grew in Thetford Mines and lived in the Manchester-Goffstown area for many years.
Carmen enjoyed reading, baking and time spent with her family.
She was married to Jean Guy Luc Fontaine who died in 2013.
The family includes three children, Sonia Holmes of Manchester, Dany Fontaine and his wife, Erin, of Goffstown and Jenny Roukey and her husband, Kevin, of Manchester; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Brandon, Shayla, Brianna and Tanner; her mother of Canada; four siblings, Dolores Gregoire, Lise Gosselin, Pierrette Hebert and her husband, Bruno, and Roch Gosselin, all of Canada; one aunt, one uncle and cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral ceremony was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. Private burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester will be at the convenience of the family.
