Obituary

Mr. Roddy Allen LaFlamme, of North Anson, Maine, and formerly of Taunton, died Thursday, September 25 at his residence. He was born 53 years ago in Taunton, the son of Jane A. (Goulding) LaFlamme and the late Joseph LaFlamme. He was educated in Taunton and had been a North Anson resident for the past 8 years. Prior to his illness, Roddy had been employed as a construction worker on Cape Cod. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing, drawing, and the great outdoors. He was a communicant of the former St. Jacques Parish in Taunton.
In addition to his mother, of North Anson, he leaves: 2 brothers: Donald LaFlamme of Calif., and David LaFlamme of Monroe, Me., and several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and 1 niece.
Funeral services will be held from The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton, on Tuesday, September 30 at 9:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Jude the Apostle Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
