Obituary

John J. Zapor, III, 53, of Londonderry, NH passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 28, 1961 in Rockville Center, NY and was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry. John worked for most of his life as a Master Carpenter, working with his stepfather at Peters and Fox. He was an avid r/c racer having won many trophies. He was a member of the NRA and held membership with a gun club in Manchester. John was an animal lover, especially German Sheperds, having owned many of them including his beloved Angus. He was a food enthusiast and enjoyed cooking. John also loved cars. He loved his 68 Ford Mustang and was a moderator for the Dodge forum, using the call name of Zman88. John was a NASCAR Fan as well as a die-hard Jets and Yankees fan. AC/DC was one of his favorite bands. He will be remembered as a guy who knew something about everything. Above all other things, he loved his daughter Amber.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Walsh) Zapor, one daughter, Amber Dyrkacz and her husband Brandon, two step-children, Shannon Walsh and James Walsh, his mother, Suzanne Rennard and step father, Peter Sierpinski, his father, John J. Zapor, Jr. and his wife Qi, as well as two sisters, Dianne Rennard and Joanne Zapor.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a celebration of John’s life and bonfire will be held on Saturday, October 4 2014 at 5:00pm at the Dyrkacz Home at 7 Island Road, Deerfield, NH.
