Richard W. Dooley, 63 of Louisville passed away September 21, 2014 at Norton Hosparus Hospital.
He was a retired Supervisor for the State of Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Dooley; mother Dorothy Kelly Dooley.
He is survived by his sister, Susan A. Downes (Jim). nieces, Naomi and Rebekah; nephew Darrell Knoop and great-nephew Payton Downes.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 am, Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation 2-8 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial Resthaven Cemetery.
