Lawrence – Louis Paul Gedraitis, 64 of Lawrence, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Colonial Heights Nursing Home in Lawrence
Born in South Boston on June 12, 1950, Louis was the son of Jennie C. (Augustin) Gedraitis of Windham, NH and the late Louis W. Gedraitis. He attended South Boston schools and graduated from South Boston High School in 1968. Louis enjoyed bowling, fishing, and attending wrestling matches. He also loved spending time with children and animals.
Louis will be deeply missed by his mother, Jennie; his brother, George J. Gedraitis and his wife, Nancy of Hampstead, NH; 2 nieces, his nephew, his great niece, his great nephew; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Louis's life by gathering for calling hours at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen on Thursday, September 18th from 9-10 AM. His funeral service will take place on Thursday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
