On September 11, 2014 WINFIELD FOWLER, “Wimp/Reds/Win” husband for 65 years of Eileen Fowler (nee Johnson). Father of Larry Fowler (Valerie), Bonnie Hjemvik (the late Doug), Donna Valenzia (Mike). Wonderful grandfather of 5. Brother of Doris Clogg. Winfield retired in 1987 from BGE after 42 years of service. Graduated from City College in 1942. During WWII he served as Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. Was an active member of the Hasslinger Veterans Association, Old Timers Soccer Association of MD, St. John’s Old 10th Ward of Baltimore and life member of American Legion Post 183.
