Obituary

Saul Weber 95, of Natick died Tuesday September 9, 2014 at the Eliot Healthcare Center in Natick.
He was the beloved husband of Shirley D (Lavallee) Weber sharing 65 years of marriage. A Natick resident for 60 years he was born in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Jacob and Betty (Kameros) Weber.
Mr. Weber began his 50 year working career in 1935 at the age of 16 in New York City as an entertainer playing the harmonica, with the stage name of Bob Bruce in Vaudeville Shows. He performed with many stars of the era such as Red Buttons and Mickey Rooney in the USO Shows that toured Europe during World War II. It was during a USO show that he met his future wife Shirley who was also an entertainer.
After the war he graduated from Hill College with a business degree, established an accounting business and later worked for Carlin Insurance in Natick.
He was also a United States Army veteran.
Mr. Weber cherished his family and friends and enjoyed sharing his joy and love of life with those around him.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 4 children, Jane D. White and her husband Richard of Plymouth, Ken J. Weber and his wife Amy of Framingham, Bob B. Weber of Natick Carl J. Weber of Chicago IL, 6 grandchildren James Tourtellot and his wife Sue, Shawn White, Kimberly White, Cara Lyons and her husband Ben, Jared Weber, Matthew Weber, four great-grandchildren Ava, Kaleigh, Rosalie and Adam.
He was also the father of the late Don Weber and brother of the late Sid Weber and Rosalyn Glassman.
Ken will observe Shiva hours at his home on Sunday from 2pm - 8pm
Funeral Services are private.
Arrangements are by the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common.
