Catherine (Duggan) Feen, 94, has said good-bye to her family and friends and has joined her husband Frank and deceased loved ones in the fullness of life.
Her family extends heartfelt gratitude to her caregivers at the Rose Monahan Hospice Center and the Oakdale Nursing Home.
Catherine leaves her daughter Cathleen Tierney (Paul), sons Gary Feen (Karen), and Bob Feen (Wendy), her housemate Tanya Connor, nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Catherine was a lifelong resident of Worcester. She worked for the Telephone Company, and after retirement remained active as a Telephone Pioneer; she also enjoyed bridge, travel and wintering in Florida.
She was a woman of strong faith; her life will be celebrated at a Requiem Mass at St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 11 a.m., with a viewing at Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. from 9-10:30 a.m.
Donations may be made in Catherine's memory to the Rose Monahan Hospice Center, 10 Judith Road, Worcester, MA 01602-3213.
