FRANKLIN – Janis N. Evans, 59, of 21 Pleasant Street, died Monday, August 26, 2014 at Laconia Rehabilitation Center. She was a free spirit and will be greatly be missed by all.
She was born on December 9, 1954 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the daughter of John Jr. and Ruth (Madeline) Dawe.
She is survived by her two sisters; Ruth Petrini of Meredith and Leisa Newbegin of Center Ossipee, her longtime companion, Timothy Smith of Franklin, two nieces, Michele and Alisea, three nephews, Johnny, Keith and Jason. and her beloved cat, Jack. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, John Dawe III.
There will be no calling hours.
Funeral services will be private.
