Age 79. Residence 1077 Amity Road, Bethany, CT. Died Sunday in Derby, CT at the Griffin Hospital. Born in Fall River. Son of the late Joseph Silvia Margarida and the late Marie (Cabral Barboza) Margarida. He was a resident of Bethany, CT for 50 years. Before retiring he worked as a factory worker for the Armstrong Tire & Rubber Co. of West Haven, CT.
He is survived by:1 Brother:Edward Margarida of Westport. 1 Step-Sister:Albertina Cabral of Fall River. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph, Johnny, & Manuel Margarida, Aldina Mello, Lucy Dias, & Diana Ingenito.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend his funeral mass following cremation Monday Dec. 6th at 10 AM in Espirito Santo Church, Alden St., Fall River. Inurnment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River, MA
