Mary I. Nicholson
TEWKSBURY – Mary Isabel (Ramos) Nicholson, age 53, died unexpectedly Saturday, August 30, at L.G.H. – Saints Campus in Lowell. She was the beloved wife of David L. Nicholson, with whom she had celebrated a 26th wedding anniversary this past April 30.
Mary was born in Malden, December 21, 1960, a daughter of Mary (Anderson) Ramos of Tewksbury and the late Donald Ramos. She was raised and educated in Tewksbury and was a graduate of T.M.H.S. She and Dave lived in Revere before moving to Tewksbury twenty years ago.
Although she courageously battled disabilities, she daily overcame most and served as the office manager of her family’s business, Dave’s Machine, LLC in Tewksbury.
She enjoyed gardening, motorcycling and had been an active member of the Billerica Rod and Gun Club. She was also the devoted master of her German Sheppard “best friends” Denali and Shiloh.
Besides her husband and mother, she leaves two brothers, Donald Ramos and his wife Sue of NH, and Charles Ramos of Tewksbury; along with many nieces and nephews.
