Son of Eleanor M. Howard of Dennis and the late John E. Howard. Brother of John E. Howard and his wife Elizabeth of Dedham, and the late Joseph F. Howard and his surviving wife Jean of North Attleboro. Nephew of Rosanne Howard-Teplansky and her husband George of Richmond, VA. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and his loyal Labs Sunny and Sophie.
Stephen was a loving family man and an avid skier, sailor, and sportsman. Graduate of Catholic Memorial High School, Bowdoin College, and received his Law Degree from the University of Richmond. He was a Partner in the Law Firm of Nutter McClennen & Fish of Boston.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Friday, August 29 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Julia Church, Weston Center at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday, August 28 from 4-8pm. Interment private.
