Robert Spencer Walker, 66, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Monday, August 25, 2014, at his residence.
Memorial services will be private.
Mr. Walker was born January 8, 1948, in Queens, New York, to the late Spencer O. and Mary V. Gay Walker. He had lived in the community most of his life and was a former employee of General Telephone. Mr. Walker served his country in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed motorcycles and antiques cars. He was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by a son: Troy & Nicki Troupe of Fitzgerald; three grandchildren: Spencer, Mackenzie and Mary Ellen Troupe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
