Preceded in death by brother David; Grandpa Roger & Grandpa Jim. Survived by mom Nancy Tetu; brother Jim Roettger; & friends. Bill was a kind hearted, insightful young man with a gentle soul. He tried to better the lives of others as much as he was able; including regularly donating blood so others could live or be healthier. Memorial Service Thursday (8/28) 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation Wednesday 4-7 PM, & one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
