Mr. Michael Wallace, a resident of Somerville and beloved boyfriend of more than 35 years of Theresa DiPieTro, died at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading on Thursday evening, August 14, 2014. He was 60 years old.
Born in Maine on August 27, 1953, he was the beloved son of the late Roland and Betty (Karoutsos) Wallace. Michael was a gifted contractor and was a jack of all trades. Whether plumbing, painting, installing carpet, general carpentry or landscaping, he was a perfectionist. He was self employed and always held to the highest standards. He also loved fixing cars and Michael was a very kind hearted, giving person. He will be missed.
Michael was the loving father of Denise DiPieTro of Allston and devoted brother of Ronnie Wallace and Jimmy and Jennifer Karoutsos, all of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Visiting hours were held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Friday, August 22, 2014, from 5 to 8 PM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance.
