DUDLEY – Sandra M. “Sandi May” (Morgan) Lobo, 70, died Tuesday, August 19, 2014 after a brief illness, in UMass/Memorial Healthcare, Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 47 years, Paul A. Lobo; 2 daughters, Deborah A. Lobo of Dudley and Paula M. Lobo of Worcester; a granddaughter, Rachel M. Reynolds; a brother Robert J. Morgan of The Villages, FL; cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was born in Webster, the daughter of Joseph H. and Jennie May (Allison) Morgan and lived there until moving to Dudley in 1972. She was a graduate of Bartlett High School Class of 1961.
Mrs. Lobo worked as a circulation coordinator for 28 years at the Conant Library, Nichols College in Dudley retiring in 2009. She previously worked for Clark & Prout Insurance as a clerk. She also was a volunteer for the Dudley School System so she could be close to her daughters.
She was a member of Saint Anthony of Padua church. She enjoyed cooking, painting, making jewelry and reading. Her greatest joy came from time spent with her family.
The funeral will be held Friday, August 22, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 42 Dudley Hill Road. Burial will be in Saint Anthony’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 21, in the funeral home.
